conduct formal academic/professional level research on the topic. Through this research you will
extend or expand upon your understanding and insight into your chosen topic.
2. You will identify current practice(s), &/or best practice(s) in the business context by reviewing current
media for a case/scenario reflective of your topic.
3. You will provide recommendations for what a company should do to address the issue in order to
achieve their goals of HRM supporting business outcomes/goals/objectives.
