This assignment covers the topic of interpersonal relationship. In the first part, I described the importance of interpersonal relationships in our career & how we can develop positive energy in our self. The Second part contains positive energy contribution to improve interpersonal relationship. And last part consists of barriers which come in the way of positive energy and reinforcement.
