The HRM department at fictional Radical Music, Inc. is planning to recruit graduate-level employees at a local university career fair. To attract qualified applicants, the department has decided to design a brochure to advertise the HR department at the career fair. A graphic artist has been assigned to create the graphic design for the brochure and your team has been asked to provide the content for the brochure. The content your team writes must focus on communicating to potential employees the goals and vision of the HR division, how HR is ahead of competition in technology, diversity initiatives, and career development.

Create the content/text information for the brochure for the HRM department at Radical Music, Inc. Submit your text in a MS Word document and clearly distinguish the major sections of your brochure using section headings. Assume that a graphic artist will be responsible for the graphic design. Your Learning Team must write only the content for the brochure. Keep the appropriate audience in mind --- potential graduate-level employees. (This means you will use words like you, us, we, our, etc.)

Include the following details:

• Title of brochure
• An opening paragraph introducing the human resources division of Radical Music, Inc., vision and goals.
• Four paragraphs addressing how HR proactively manages changes in technology, diversity, and career development
