1.    Individual Assignment:Management Behavior. Imagine you are a midlevel sales manager at InterClean, Inc. with 3 first-level managers under your responsibility. In response to a merger that is about to take place with EnviroTech, you have been given the task of drafting a memo to your supervisory team on the importance of the type of behavior that managers exhibit.

Write a 700- to 1,050-word memo:

o   Explaining how a manager’s behavior can impact the productivity of his or her workers.

o   Describing the types of management actions that are in line with employment laws and those that are not.

o   Describing some best practices for working within a diverse work environment.
