As a manager you must ensure that you avoid any and all personnel mistakes at all cost. To alleviate making any personnel mistakes analyze the applicant in its entirety to ensure that the right person is hired for the position. As a manager you should always be sure not to discriminate against anyone due to race, religion, and or sex.

Avoid making a personnel mistake by not allowing too many employees working at the same time when they are not all needed. By not allowing too many employees working at the same time it will benefit the company financially.
