Some companies have "wellness programs" designed to maintain or improve employee health before problems arise.  Self-directed life style change is the focus.  There are many issues to deal with, including weight loss, nutrition, stress management, health education, and smoking cessation.  It must be remembered that participation in rewards-based wellness programs needs to be voluntary.
