Some of the mental health issues we see in the workplace include stress, anxiety, depression, and chemical dependence. These issues may cause employers loss of many dollars annually. For the employee, common signs of psychological problems include depression, emotional instability, helplessness, insecurity and difficulty remembering details.  What risk does this cause for employers?
