HRM 420 Week 3 Harassment in the workplace

This video was very enlightening. The debate was on sexual harassment. Title 7 was brought up for the work place and under this an employee could sue their employer for failing to address a hostile work environment and Title 9 for schools. The other party that was in the debate brought up a very valid point that discipline could not be administered until a injustice had been proven not just a allegations by the say victim.
