Select an organization, and provide a brief introduction of the organization. Include information about the type of business and the number of owners and employees. Design a proposed contract for an independent contractor's position. Focus on what the agreement should address. Do not worry about the legal language as the agreement would be reviewed by a labor attorney prior to its adoption for use.
