HRM 326 Week 3 Making Learning Sticky , Week 3 Video Discussion

In this video, Karen Moloney makes several good points regarding how to make training stick.  She says part of the problem is that when the manager who took the training comes back to work, everything and everyone else is the same as they were before.  It is easy to fall back into old habits.
