In light of the recent events in Ferguson, Cleveland, Florida and other places, you have been requested to develop a standard training program to develop police departments to build better relationships with the areas they serve. As a human resources consultant you must create a strategic plan and outline that includes all relative components needed to train the police force.

• Your proposal must first establish a need (purpose) with objectives and expected outcomes of the training.
• What  topics will be included and Why? Who else-stakeholders-will be involved other than the police force?
• Timelines? Follow-up?
• Types of training?
• Budgets?
• All training components covered?

Make sure you support every component of your proposal. Use appropriate references to validate your proposal.
