HR Strategic Plan

There are 3 questions that i highlighted red. First question is to make a HR strategic Plan based on the study case. There are blue colour  dotted points that needs to put on the Plan. I think 2 paragraph is enough for the plan. Questions 2 and 3 needs at least 80 words. Thanks
