Design an HR risk management strategy plan for your chosen Virtual Organization company using Appendix C as a guide.

Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word plan in Microsoft® Word in the third person voice in which you summarize the following in the plan:

• Risk assessment and management program
• Health and safety programs
• Succession plan
• Crisis contingency plan

Format your plan consistent with APA guidelines.
