It's time to submit your final recommendation to the company CEO for review and implementation. Along the way you crafted several pieces that address key components of your proposed job or position within the company. Each of those pieces has received graded feedback which you will incorporate into your final project.

Be sure that your final project includes the following items:

• A job or position that you used for the project.
• An executive summary of your job or position.
• A job identification piece.
• A selection process.
• A training proposal.
• A 1-2 paragraph summary of your recommendation so that the CEO can move forward with incorporating this new job or position into the company.
• Compile all job or position deliverables to create one final 5-7 page project.
• Include any additional research using APA citations and apply any graded faculty feedback in order to improve your final deliverable
