Choose one of our “World Class” organizations (Netflix; Google; Amazon; Apple; Starbucks; Lincoln Electric).

1) What characteristics of “High Performance Work Systems” (described in CH 14) do you see in your chosen company?

2) If the organization did not say “Bring your A game” or did not use high performance work systems, could they achieve the same results?

3) Could they achieve the same high performance if they had 50% “A game” employees, and 50% “B+ game” employees, but hired 20% more employees to try to achieve the same high performance?
