Planned Change Process
Working through the conflict inherent in each stage of a change process is critical to the success of a planned change process. Process intervention skills can include things such as feedback, observation, and interviewing.
Primary Task Response: Within the Discussion Board area, write 400–600 words that respond to the following questions with your thoughts, ideas, and comments. This will be the foundation for future discussions by your classmates. Be substantive and clear, and use examples to reinforce your ideas.
- Provide the organizational development specialist with a toolkit to use to address conflict at each stage.
- Discuss the range of process intervention tools available to use and how each one is used to manage conflict during the change process.
