How would you advise an individual or family to save if they are having challenges making ends meet? for SMA Pro 

I wrote a 1 page and this is the professor response.  He asking me this question.  attached is the book for the class to use as a reference.  I need two references.  There also and must be at least one Biblical verse within this response.
