SWOT Analysis

Choose an organization at which you are currently working or a Middle Eastern organization with which you are familiar. Include the following in your analysis:

• A description of organization
• Identify triggering event that might signal a need for change.
• Conduct a SWOT analysis of the organization.
• Identify a plan to implement the change.
• Identify three strategies to sustain the gain.

Be sure to support your writing with at least four references. Your plan should be 6 pages long, well-written, and formatted according to APA standard

You must cite all your references, and give credit to any article, and follow APA citation format.
