  1. Students will work together as a group to produce a baseline risk management plan for the project.
  2. The team has chosen one of the projects created in the first assignment.
  3. They will then do a risk analysis, identifying and classifying risks to the completion of the project.
  4. Based on their analysis, the team will develop controls, monitoring and processes to manage the identified risks.
  5. The team will prepare and submit a risk management strategy and planUse an appropriate researched template.
  6. As a part of the plan they should provide convincing arguments for management to accept any changes to the project to account for the risks assessed.
  7. Risk Management Plan must contain all output element categories; methodology, roles & responsibilities, budgeting, timing, risk categories, etc.  Additionally, the overall plan and strategy must be included.  

HINT: Always remember all project documents MUST contain the original project overview and scope information to support the current project document information. 

Refer to PMBOK 11.1.3.1 for Risk Management output requirements, 11.2 for Risk Identification and LG text Chap 7 for plan content and strategy elements.

Ensure proper APA citations and references. Include a References page at end of document.
