a) All groups are required to submit an executive summary – not to exceed one (1) page – in Microsoft Word format. The executive summary will be evaluated with additional points added to the total score for the group’s presentation. This executive summary will then be shared with the judging panel.

b) Executive summary should be written as a stand along document. Therefore, assume the faculty will not see group presentations. Summarize all major recommendations, assumptions, and rational considered throughout the analysis.

o For the case study, the students are requested to apply the current context of Accountable Care Plans and the changes happening with Medicare such as its alternative payment models and bundled payment plans and to develop a business plan with the objective for the community health center to maintain financial sustainability in the current healthcare environment while maintaining core mission and vision.
