Opportunity To Excel – Global Business Management (MGT510)

Over the course of this Quarter, we have observed and considered business phenomena in the business world – domestically and abroad.  In our discourse, we have noted that the practice of Business occurs differently in terms of dynamic, tempo, and culture.

In this assignment, I would like for you to accomplish two things.  The first thing is to articulate a framework of the Triple Bottom Line (TBL)for your organization(Toyota).  I need you to identify the drivers of your TBL policy and practices, and I’d like to hear how you would measure your performance in this area in terms of effectiveness.  I’d like for you to also identify a framework in terms of how TBL could be advanced in a global business setting and how would you go about achieving this framework.

Finally, I’d like for you to identify the elements of your brand.  Your brand sets you apart and it largely consists of those “intangibles” that inspire positive thoughts about you in the mind of your customer base as well as the strength of your product and service.  Please justify your response.
