At the end of the course, you must also submit a 1000-words self-reflective essay on your learning in this course, on challenges faced, and on the relevance of this course for your career.  Include an assessment of the value of your degree, and a personal five-year strategic plan that addresses the type of job, industry, company, salary, etc. that you will pursue after graduation. Please keep in mind that this requires a significant amount of critical thinking and will require more than a few hours of work.
