Elementary and Secondary Schooling: This is going to be a Newsletter so it probably only has to be a page addressing  the following questions. APA is not required as I mentioned but need to list references. 

1. Identify the social and ethical issues relating to intellectual disability identified by both families and society.
2. Suggest resolutions to the issues you present.

APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.
