The attached file that is homework is three pages long.

1. Page 1 is explanatory and outlines exactly how to write an annotation. Students will use that this weekend, but should read it and see how my student who wrote the sample followed that model. 

2. Page 2 is brainstorming--fill in the blank. Under each source (Source 1, Source 2, etc.) students will write down the author or authors of a source (that they have found for their research topic)  they will use on the Annotated Bibliography. Then, students will list at least two of the source evaluation criteria they plan on addressing for that particular source in the Annotated Bibliography--I have done a sample on the very bottom of Page 1. ***This part of the homework may be typed or handwritten, at the students' discretion. 

3. Page 3 is a model for the other part of the homework that students need to bring tomorrow, as we will also start drafting the Annotated Bibliography. Please draft page 1 of the Bibliography, TYPING and PRINTING the materials to BRING to class:

    A. Four lines of identifying information (student name, my name, class, and date), the header, the title, the topic, and thesis lines. (LOOK at the sample! Make yours look like the sample.)
