Having worked on all the modules in this course, you are now ready to apply the frames approach to your professional life. Based on your assigned readings and the additional research you conducted throughout this course, use this final assignment to reflect on what you have learned.

Complete the following:

• Discuss how the ability to view the same events and processes through alternative frames can benefit you in a managerial/leadership capacity as you attempt to understand what is going on in your current organization.
• Be sure to cite your sources.

Write your initial response in a minimum of 300 words. Apply APA standards to citation of sources.
