History paper due by 12am april 1

This is a history paper where there is a reading to be done, after to agree with a "yes" or a "no" side.  It is from "taking sides volume one, The colonial period to reconstruction. The problem is on page 146 issue 7. Need someone who can access the book, paper is only 2 pages, willing to pay $40.

Pick one Taking Sides issue; choose yes or no side & defend your position;  In addition to discussing the strengths of the side you agree with, be sure to explain the weaknesses of the side you disagree with.
