HISTORY ESSAY

1. Check and Read the  textbook(I attatched)

 Textbook(I attached): Debating the United States’ Response to the Holocaust. Included are two commentaries on the subject by prominent Holocaust scholars.  They are secondary sources that take different points of view.  You will also find six abbreviated primary sources on the subject.  In evaluating secondary sources historians look to primary sources to help them reach a conclusion as to which secondary source is more convincing.

2. Write a essay 2-3pages.

3. Read the material and write a paper arguing your position regarding the U. S. government’s response to the Holocaust.  There are questions the article poses to give you direction informing your response.
