Reread chapter 2 of Religions of the West Today.  Write a short paper in which you discuss any similarities or differences between the various indigenous religious cultures and practices discussed there and the Abrahamic religions we have studied.  Be specific about both beliefs and practices of these indigenous traditions as you compare them with the beliefs and practices observable in the monotheistic faiths.  In particular, address the question of whether these indigenous traditions are religions in the same sense that the developed Abrahamic faiths are.
