Hi-fidelity prototype UI (Android Lollipop)-JS,bootstrap,HTML...etc ASAP

Hello, I'd like someone to help me out with creating a mockup UI of the current Android Lollipop interface. I basically need the exact same interface layout/design, with few changes.  Please read the attached file. Please use any kind of tools to design this mockup.
