Help with Read me file

I haven't had time to start this yet. I really just need the readme file made. If you are able to help with more, I can donate more. The assignment is due sunday before 10pm.  Attached are the first three assignments in which a readme file needs to be made. The two most important pieces to this assignment are the readme and the linux user manual. Please let me know if this is possible.
