help with presentation

if you can pull up the artical "the nerve axon" by peter f. baker year 1966 ...we have to compare the difference of the axon from then and how what is different....like what experiments they used and what was different then. what  we know now.... how can we measure electrical impulses now.... what type of experiment we do today. our professor knows a lot so we have to have good data and logic about this topic. Our due date is this friday which is the 29th...presentation has to be 20 minutes long
