Help need with writing a paper on Time spent to prepare healthy food

I am working on the paper for my Capstone class that needs to be between 3-5 pages. This is a research paper and the topic of this paper is Time Spent to Prepare Healthy Food. I need this paper to prove that healthy food CAN be made quickly and it’s convenient to make healthy food fast. This paper has to be in APA format and it needs to have at least 4 references 3 from online sources and 1 from text sources (book, magazine, article).
