Help with my Sociology class

I need help with my Sociology paper.

I need 1 to 2 pag paper.  

The question is:

Sociology studies how socioal conditions affect human behavior. In understanding society and social problems, sociologists provide insight into how society might be improved. How might you take what you've learned from this class and improve gender equality in society ? For example, if you now understand the effect of the media on gilr's routes you may take. You could start at the individual level, like in your own family, or you could be part of a social movement, like Dolores Huerta was. Think about how you may be an active participant in improving gender equality in our society.
