Your book puts forth several things you should do to prepare for the Interview( pg. 241- 248) . 

Create an easy to use 2 to 3 page mini manual ( 2 to 3 pages 8.5x11 in Word) to be given out to people who are preparing for an upcoming interview. 

What things do they do need to do before their interview? What are some tips you can give them as they prepare?
