Explain the process, purpose and importance of stakeholder assessments.

Conduct a stakeholder assessment of a project you have worked on in the past.  If you do not have project experience, you may use a well-known project from the media.

List each of their stakeholders, decribe their roles, and indicate the level of communication the PM should have with them.

Write between 750-1,250 words (approx 3 - 5 pages).

Use at least three references from outside course materials.
