In this assignment, you have to complete section 3 in the project charter template. Please read the project charter guideline to understand what you are going to do. Also, kindly read Assignment 3b – Project Charter (Section 3) – 24 points and don't forget to look at the grade rubric in the end of the paper. Finally, i attached the sample of what my classmate did in the same project. Please look at it, but don't copy or write any of her information to my paper.
