HEALTHCARE PAPER DUE 05/05/2014 CST BY 11:59 PM

 I need paper done by tomorrow CST it is 11:47 05/04/2014 a.m now. This is a 500 word essay samples are in attachment no plagarism. References, citing, etc to be included. There are two additonal questions to be answered.  I think it is self explanatory, but I know someone is not going to read and ask when is it due and I would definitely ignore question because it is listed.
