Specifically, what are you wanting to standardize/align, and how does that effect the overall impact Cryo-Cell has on their ability to deliver their product into the market?

You propose that Cryo-Cell needs to improve on its budgeting process, and you introduce the key areas that you feel would benefit the company the most (Patient cost, Tech, and Operating Margins). How/what would you improve to maximize the companies profitability, and its over all impact in healthcare delivery?
