Library Research Assignment

Part 1: Research one of the following topics:

• OSHA compliance
• Preventing transfer of disease in the office
• Pandemics
• Managing stress in the workplace
• Managing personal stress
• Office emergency preparedness
• Conflict management with regard to patient interactions
• Conflict management with regard to coworkers
• Interactions

Step 2: Write a memo of 500–700 words addressed to the staff. It should be written as if you were advising your staff of your findings with regard to Kyosha Valley Healthcare’s operations.
