In 250-300 words discuss what a medical practice or hospital can do to ensure that the patient and the entity are in compliance with disclosures of private health information.  How does the hospital or medical practice cover themselves when a HIPAA violation takes place via an unsecured laptop or an unencrypted memory stick with patient health information on it?
