Complete the following section for your capital investment proposal:  Key Strategic Goals

You will need to specify at least four strategic goals and include specific funding sources for the capital investment and any cash flow calculations

With potential calculations, cash flow reporting for this purpose typically uses one of four methods:

•      Payback Method

•      Accounting Rate of Return

•      Net Present Value

•      Internal Rate of Return

All four methods are described in chapter 10.

Your paper needs to be two to three pages in length (not including the title and reference pages) and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.  You must use the textbook and at least one scholarly source per area. Cite and reference your sources in APA format as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.  The details in this paper can then be converted to your speaker notes on your PowerPoint presentation for the Final Project.

In a one- to two-page paper, which will be included in your Final Project, explain why your manager or the board would or would not accept a proposal for the capital investment. List at least three arguments that could be used for or against the proposal.  In other words, what will the intended audience be looking for when reviewing the proposal? Format your paper according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
