Hazard Recognition Program

Students will submit critical components of a hazard recognition program: They will iinclude a blank JHA instrument and describe the collection process: assign responsibility to associates and competent safety professionals. They will also submit a hazard recognition program that relies on employee participation: assign responsibilities based on authorized, competent and administrator level, duties, and training competency level and then design a hazard report card that includes relevant hazards categories, source, and status. It should also include a safety office use only section that collects relevant data for the administrative level to report overall effectiveness.
