Group project of management

This is a group project and we need to create a video, and my part is "Asset light, transparency and regulations". Wag is a start-up company, my class purpose is help this company more successful and improve their process. I will post my classmates' videos, you may find some ideas on it. You don't need to write like a essay, watch the videos they did, main ideas and briefly explaination.
