Group Project: Community Programs for Health Promotion

This week, use state report cards, windshield surveys, and/or other tools to assess community needs in the community you selected in Week 4. Based on the needs you identify, as a group, select a health promotion topic to be the focus of your community program project. Each group member must submit a 1- to 2-page summary of this week’s group collaboration by Day 7 of this week. In your individual summary, be sure to identify community needs, how your group assessed these needs, and the health promotion topic your group selected.
