Group Conflict

Describe an active group or a group from your past and outline how that group could be transformed into a high performance team.  Using the roles shown using exhibits 11 and 12, pages 256 and 258 in the textbook, explain how the group roles would be be accounted for and their influence in becoming a team.

Remember...you do not need to  use actual names of group members or disclose any identifying information of the company [if applicable].

Note, you could also "reverse engineer" a team and explain how that team evolved from a group.
