Using the current “Green Revolution” as the policy topic, prepare a policy paper for submission to a think tank.

Using Table 9.2 Elements of an Issue Paper and Methods for Creating Information Relevant to Each Element as an example your paper should contain sections I (Background of the Problem), II (Significance of the Problem), III (Problem Statement) and IV (Analysis of the Alternatives). Additionally, Appendix 1 The Policy Issue Paper contains a checklist that serves as a practical guide for elements of the policy paper. Lastly, the paper should adopt a specific position and prescribe or advocate the case for the policy initiative that you are proposing.

Your policy paper should be a minimum of ten (10) pages and should not exceed twenty (20) pages.
