Who has a greater opportunity cost of enjoying leisure--a janitor or a brain surgeon? Explain. Can this help explain why doctors work such long hours

 I think a brain surgeon would have a greater opportunity cost of enjoying leisure because a brain surgeon gets paid more than a janitor, and he/she can afford to do things and miss a couple of days of work. The janitor on the other is probably living paycheck to paycheck or just can't afford to do things that he/she would like to.
