Paper 2 will be not less than 8 pages PLUS a cover sheet and a bibliography. The topic for this paper is the three branches of government and how they work together on a state and local level. You MUST use a specific state and a specific local government in this paper. Your sources should be the websites of those two entities as well as journal articles on some pertinent aspect of this topic.

Each paper MUST HAVE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 4 PEER REVIEWED SOURCES AS WELL AS OTHER SOURCES. PEER REVIEWED SOURCES ARE JOURNAL ARTICLES—TALK WITH THE LIBRARIAN IF YOU NEED HELP. Must BE written in 3RD PERSON
