5. Click on the image, and follow the instruction provided on the page. It'll take 20- 30minutes to complete all aspects of the exercise.

The first half, describe your experience from part A.

The second half, assume you are a member of Congress and now must cast the deciding vote on a very controversial issue. If you knew that your personal position was contrary to that held by the majority of the people in your district you represent, would you vote in accord with your beliefs or in the interest of the people? Why or why not? Will your action be constitutional? Explain.
