Read and analyze individually the case study entitled, Avon Products, Inc.: The Personal Care Industry. As you read the case, follow these instructions:

• Take sides on whether the Avon grand strategy under the leadership of Andrea Jung has its merits.
• Half the members of the team must take the side that Jung’s grand strategy is properly focused and directed.
• The other half of the team must take the side that Jung’s grand strategy is not optimal and needs to be refocused.

Submit a 700-word analysis as a team using the results of the debate.

State the main arguments of each side, along with evidence to substantiate the arguments. In the paper, the team must come to an agreement as to which side has presented a stronger argument, and why.
